Crew

The Crew page is where you manage your team members. Each crew member has a profile with their role, rates, group assignments, and availability information.

Each crew member profile includes:

• Name, initials, and contact information
• Role and title within the organization
• Group assignments (department, division, location)
• Rate information: salary, bid rate, and loaded rate
• Currency for rate calculations
• Availability and working schedule

Crew member rates are the foundation of all cost calculations in LOFT Resource:

• Salary (Rate) — The base cost of employing this person per day
• Bid Rate — The rate charged to clients for this person's time
• Loaded Rate — The fully loaded cost including benefits, overhead, and taxes

• Click the add button to create a new crew member
• Fill in their profile information and rate details
• Assign them to the appropriate groups
• They will immediately be available for assignment in the Role Planner
