Work Hours

Overview

The Work Hours planner lets you define working schedules, holidays, and availability patterns for your organization. This information is used by the Role Planner and cost calculations to determine actual available capacity.

Configuration

Set standard work hours per day and days per week
Define holidays and company-wide days off
Configure location-specific schedules for global teams
Set individual overrides for part-time or flexible schedules

Note: Work hours directly affect cost calculations. A person working 4 days/week will show proportionally lower costs than someone on a 5-day schedule.
