The Crew Planner provides a people-centric view of your workforce. While the Role Planner organizes by project and role, the Crew Planner shows each person's workload across all their assignments.

## Viewing Crew Assignments

-   Each row represents a team member
-   The timeline shows all their project assignments
-   Color coding indicates utilization: under-booked, fully booked, or over-booked
-   Filter by department, location, or role to focus on specific teams

## Managing Availability

Use the Crew Planner to identify scheduling conflicts, find available people for new projects, and balance workloads across your team.

Tip: Cross-reference the Crew Planner with the Role Planner to ensure you're not over-committing key people across multiple projects.
