What this organization is paying for right now: the seat pool by tier, the monthly cost, and the pooled tokens and storage those seats contribute.

## The rollups

-   **Monthly cost** — what the current pool bills each period.
-   **Tokens / month (pooled)** — the token allowance the seats add to the shared wallet.
-   **Storage (pooled)** — the storage allowance, also shared across the whole organization.
-   **Seats filled** — how many of your prepaid slots are actually assigned to people.

## Prepaid pool, not per-person billing

You buy N seats at a tier for the period. Assigning, moving and releasing them is free and instant — billing only changes when you buy or reduce the pool itself.

Tip: Seats filled well below seats bought means you're paying for slots nobody is using. Reassign them, or reduce the pool at renewal.

The tiers are a ladder — each tier includes everything in the tiers below it, then adds its own apps and modules. The table on this tab is the authoritative list for your current plan.
