# Members & Seats

Everyone in this organization, and which seat each person holds. This is where you invite people and hand out seats from the pool you've bought.

## Inviting someone

1.  Click Invite User and enter their email address (a name is optional).
2.  They get an email with a link that walks them through creating an account or signing in.
3.  Until they accept, they show in the list with an Invited badge — you can resend or revoke the invitation.

Note: Invitations are email-only by design. There's no directory of existing users to pick from — you invite the address, and the person on the other end decides.

## Assigning a seat

Each member has a seat dropdown listing the tiers you have free slots for. Pick one and the seat is assigned immediately — no checkout, no proration, because the seats are already paid for.

-   Choosing “No seat” releases the slot back to the pool for someone else.
-   Moving someone between tiers just swaps which pool slot they occupy.
-   If a tier has no free slots, buy more on the Billing tab first.

## Removing someone

Removing a member releases their seat back to the pool and revokes access to every app in this organization. Their work stays where it is.
