# Overview

The tools this organization runs, and the ones your seat lets you open. Each one is a door, named for what you do behind it.

## What the doors are

-   **Generate** — Loft: create images, video and audio with AI.
-   **Schedule** — Resource: plan crew, sets and resources.

Most members see one door. If you see two, they are two different tools in the same organization, sharing its members and its plan.

## Opening an app

Click Open to enter. You're signed in automatically — the Portal carries your identity across, so there's no second login.

## Why an app might be missing

-   You don't have a seat in this organization yet — ask the owner to assign you one on the Members tab.
-   Your seat's tier doesn't include that app. Tiers are a ladder: each one includes everything below it.
-   The organization hasn't been provisioned with that app yet.

Tip: Owners: the Plan tab shows exactly what each tier of seat unlocks.
